I experienced contrast principles when I bought a house. At that time the real estate agent firstly showed us some houses that looked not good or have some inconvenient points then took us to the house that the real estate agent wanted to sell.

After we cool down and reconsider the contract at home we canceled the contract.
It was a good experience for us.
