Cold reading is reading the other person’s heart without any preliminary research like fortune-telling.
Sometimes Cold reading is used for negotiation but these techniques are also useful for a normal life.
1. Affirmative technique
When you accept others, that means you are bigger than them.
Try to change “But” to “Because” or “And” not to deny others without intention. Sometimes we use “But” or reverse connection because of our habit. So there is no intention or meaning to express negative feelings.
At first glance, if we want to use reverse connections, we can use affirmative expressions to convey our intention. Then that person listens to you.
So accept others as much as possible.
2. Smile technique
When dealing with annoying members, think of “What you love”.
It certainly makes you smile.
3. Scold technique
When a team member makes a mistake, you may get angry and say something loudly. Then the person doesn’t listen to you.
The voice from people who can’t control their minds is not persuasive.
Only when we scold confidently and calmly, the person understand the importance of things.
I know it’s really difficult to scold without getting angry. Let’s calm down and scold!
4. Dealing with anxiety technique
Even if we feel anxious and show up in our attitude, never say anxiety.
That is the leader.
5. Persuade technique
When we hear the story, our hearts move naturally.
People understand and move, not be persuaded to move.
So we don’t need to persuade others.
Let’s listen to the story first.
6. Advice technique
The person who can accept advice from others
is mentally strong.
So I want to accept others’ advice.
And I want to accept the person who doesn’t accept my advice.
7. Compliment technique
The first step of complimenting is to acknowledge the person’s existence. Acknowledgment is the act of recognizing the existence of the person. I also think that acknowledging has the nuance of valuing and respecting the person.
Thank you for reading this post.
I think everyone can use these 7 techniques because it’s easy.
