Book review: Better Than Perfect: How Gifted Bosses and Great Employees Can Lift the Performance of Those Around Them by Dale Douten

There are a lot of warming stories about gifted bosses and great employees.

After reading this book, I feel I have to make a challenge.
What I learned is there is no failure to try.

Why we don’t try?

I know the feeling why we give up to try.

Because we’re usually afraid to fail.

Why are we afraid to fail?

Is it because our pride is hurt?

Is it because we don’t want to get angry?

Is it because the mistake bothers someone?

I’m sure we’re afraid to lose something.

What are we afraid to lose?

Is it income?

Is it Trust?

If we make a mistake, we can always learn something.

The bigger the mistake, the more we learn.

So we won’t lose anything but get something.

There is no failure to try.
