We can learn about gifted bosses and how they find great employees.
The basic job of a gifted boss is not management but creating an attractive workplace.
Gifted bosses and great employees want the same thing from a workplace:
Freedom from management, mediocrity, and morons.
A change.
A chance.
In addition to 3 things, a salary is an important thing.
The most important thing is we can use our strength and extend it in the workplace. So a salary might have less priority because we can eventually get a high salary if we extend our strength in the best workplace. On the other hand, if the salary is good but the workplace doesn’t require our strength, we can’t increase our salary.
Currently, my workplace has a lot of freedom and chance but not so many changes. How about yours?
