The one minute manager follows the 80-20 rule that is 80% result comes from 20% of goal settings. So We can pick up 3 to 6 goals focusing on the 20%. And each goal target has to be written within 250 words which can be read out within 1 minute!

We spent a minute explaining exactly what they did, how well I feel, and how this helps the company and its employees.
One Minute Reprimand
We need to tell them specifically what is wrong and clearly how I feel when I heard the mistake.
