I want to share my best 3 presentations in the TED talk.
Steve Jobs: How to live before you die
Steve Jobs talked about 3 key points in this famous speech from my point of view. Because all 3 messages last in my mind. Every time I watch this video, I feel differently. There are stories to inspire me. Here are my favorite words.
You’ve got to find what you love.
Keep looking. Don’t settle.
Stay hungry. Stay foolish.
Simon Sinek: How great leaders inspire action
I like this presentation because it’s easy to understand and makes me take an action. So we can learn how to inspire an audience to take an action. And also I like the “Start with Why” concept. That’s what I easily forget and need to remind myself when I realized I’m explaining “what” and “how”. An example of Apple is easy to understand.
I also recommend his book “Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action“
Ric Elias: 3 things I learned while my plane crashed
Last but not least, I also like Ric Elias’s TED talk. This is a short talk but inspired me a lot. His talk starts with an unbelievable accident. Why I like his talk is his story is witty and exciting. After laughing at his joke, I felt very sad when I thought if this accident happened to me. I think I might cry when I went to my daughter’s recital. I have some stock of good wines and keep them. And finally, I want to be a great dad too.
the only thing that matters in my life is being a great dad.
