This post is the additional part to explain my thoughts based on Triggers by Joseph Sumarman.
I think Triggers are written for B2C market. So there is a difference between B2C and B2B.
I want to pick up the example about Consistency.
Trigger1 Consistency work for B2B marketing?
Usually, when I sell our product, I sell one product for each project. So in this sense, “Consistency” is not applied to my business.
However, once customers buy our product for a project, they tend to buy our product for the next project. That’s something like “Consistency”.
There is a switching cost to change a supplier to another supplier. So Once a decision is made to buy a supplier, the buyer tends to keep buying the products from the supplier. This is the consistency with the buyer’s previous action.
